WORK is my unique gym and motivational WORKout environment. WORK is located on the cliff tops of Muriwai beach, on Aucklands west coast. The stunning views contribute to creating an invigorating WORKout environment.
WORK provides fun, challenging, small group exercise classes. WORKouts are high intensity and mostly fast paced using interval training principles. A combination of mobility, strength and cardio exercises for women and men are included in each WORKout. All exercises are adaptable to suit all levels of fitness.
