WORKOUTS
WORK provides fun, challenging, small group exercise classes. WORKouts are high intensity and mostly fast-paced using interval training principles. A combination of mobility, strength and cardio exercises for women and men are included in each WORKout. All exercises are adaptable to suit all levels of fitness.
WORKouts are one hour duration and can be completed both indoors and outdoors using body weight exercises and equipment such as kettlebells, TRX suspension system, air dyne, skipping ropes, Metal Athletics chin up bars, tyres, power bags and more.
WORK also provides duo (two person) WORKouts, and individual WORKouts. They can be used to target an individual's specific goals. These WORKouts can be booked outside of class times.
